All new and current Members of the

Sailing Club of Oriental

Please join us for the Blessing of the Fleet and our Members for the 2026 sailing season!   

This year, it will take place on land for all with a special bell ceremony.  A catered lunch will follow provided by Rick’s Barbecue of Oriental.

Event Details:

      Date: Tuesday, April 14^th (rain date 4/15)

      Where: Lou Mac Park, Oriental

      Time: 12:00 pm

      Meal includes: Ricks BBQ featuring pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, slaw and beans. Water will also be provided.            

      Cost: $15.00 per person

      What to Bring: a dessert to share, BYOB (*non alcoholic) and chairs. In an effort to be environmentally conscious, please bring your own plates and utensils. (*Oriental town ordinance does not allow alcohol in the park)

      Deadline: Please respond by Wednesday, April 1
