CPR/AED with Optional First Aid Training Session

We are offering a CPR/AED with optional First Aid Training session for our membership. A flyer for this class is attached below. The training is being offered from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, July 31st at;

The training is being conducted by a certified trainer with the American Heart Association, Ms. Brenda Hardison, MA, FNS, CPT. She can train up to 12 individuals per class. Attendance is limited by the number of training mannequins she has, which is four. We will accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis and plan to offer additional training if this initial one fills up. Cut-off date for this session is Wednesday, July  29th. The training typically takes four hours with breaks. Darla and I recently completed this training with Brenda, and we both found it professional and well conducted. The cost for the training is $65 for CPR/AED and an additional $15 for the First Aid Training.  Payment of these fees is due directly to Brenda on the day of the training; she accepts cash, checks, or Venmo. Remember to bring your payment with you to the class.

Like most of you, I have been taking CPR training sessions for a number of years. Several of the standards have changed over the last several months. Learning or updating these skills is a great gift to give yourselves, your loved ones, and our fellow members.
